Terms of service
The service we provide, your file rights, purchase terms, and product limitations.

1. Service and operator
These terms cover LingSlide at lingslide.com, operated by Taicang High-tech Zone Zhilian Lingdong Software Studio (太仓市高新区智联灵动软件工作室), a business registered in China. LingSlide reconstructs editable text boxes from existing image-based PPTX files, PDFs, and slide screenshots. It does not generate new presentations from prompts. Other products operated by the studio have separate product terms and entitlements.
2. Your files and permitted use
Upload only content you own or are authorized to process. You retain your rights to your files and their content; you grant us only the permission needed to process, store temporarily, and return your results as described in our privacy notice. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or submit files containing malware. Do not upload sensitive or confidential material unless you are permitted to send it to the processing providers described in our privacy notice.
3. Results and limitations
Recognition and layout reconstruction are automated and can contain omissions, incorrect text, or changes in spacing, fonts, and line breaks. Chinese, English, and mixed-language slides are the primary focus. Charts, images, formulas, and other graphical elements may remain images. Perfect reconstruction is not promised. Check the exported file before relying on it. These limitations do not remove your refund rights or rights when the service does not match its description.
4. Pricing, delivery, and payment
Paid checkout is not yet open. When available, the package, total price, currency, applicable taxes, and page limit will be shown before you pay. The launch packages are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Delivery will be digital through the app as a downloadable PPTX; processing time depends on file complexity and service availability. If a paid file cannot be delivered, contact us for a remedy or refund. Do not send money to an email address or an unofficial payment link.
5. Paddle purchases
If you purchase through a Paddle checkout after it becomes available, Paddle will be the merchant of record and authorized reseller for that transaction. Its buyer terms and transaction privacy terms will also apply and will be presented at checkout. LingSlide remains responsible for the software and product support. This notice does not mean that Paddle has approved our application or that paid checkout is currently available.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
For LingSlide purchases, we offer a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of payment, including after downloading the result. See our refund policy for how to request it. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or undelivered services, are not limited by these terms or by this 14-day guarantee.
7. Availability and file retention
The current app's file-size, page-count, frequency, and free-usage limits apply as displayed. We may restrict abusive use or temporarily suspend processing for maintenance or safety. Follow the privacy notice for file retention; the app is not a permanent file-storage service, so download and keep your own copies. Changes to future offers will not retroactively reduce rights attached to confirmed orders.
8. Questions and disputes
Contact our support email below with any question or complaint. We will work with you to resolve it; you remain free to use any complaint or dispute process available under applicable law or your payment provider's rules. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
