14-day refund policy

1. Our full-refund guarantee

Once paid checkout is available, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after paying for a LingSlide order. You do not need to prove a defect or give a reason. Downloading or trying the result does not remove this guarantee. It applies to both launch packages on our pricing page, and does not require accepting store credit instead of money.

2. How to request a refund

Email our support address with your order or receipt reference and the email used for the purchase. A reason is optional. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, identity documents, or your presentation content. If you cannot find the reference, contact us and we will help identify the purchase.

For an order purchased through Paddle, you can also request a refund at paddle.net. We will honor our 14-day guarantee for those LingSlide orders as well.

3. How the money is returned

After verifying the transaction, we arrange a full refund to the original payment method where possible. We do not charge a refund handling fee. Your payment provider or bank determines when funds appear in your account; we will communicate the processing status. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we will coordinate an appropriate alternative with you and the payment provider.

4. Failed delivery, duplicate charges, and defects

Contact us if a paid result is not delivered, a charge is duplicated, or the service has a material defect. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate correction or refund. The 14-day guarantee does not limit any longer or additional rights that apply to these situations under law.

5. Scope and future changes

This policy covers LingSlide only; other studio products have separate policies. There are no recurring charges in the launch offers. Future policy changes apply to future purchases, not to reduce the rights of existing orders. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment disputes. Paddle purchases also fall under Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy; any additional or non-waivable rights remain available.
